New support staff
As well as a number of new schools joining iSAMS this year, we have also seen an expansion of our entire iSAMS team. This month we are pleased to introduce you to our newest team members who have joined the growing Service Desk team.
Steve Howarth and Neil Ferreday have both joined our 2nd Line Support team as Technical Support Analysts. Steve and Neil will provide second line support of a technical nature in response to Service Desk requests. They will also provide day-to-day support of the iSAMS system for our clients including any associated services and configuration.
Steve has moved from another technical support role where he developed and maintained a Dealership Management System for independent and franchise car dealers. And Neil has joined iSAMS seeking a new challenge, having moved from Sutton Coldfield where he was a web/IT manager.
