In 2025, we strengthened our commitment to serving schools worldwide with our strategic expansion into the Australian education market. With a growing locally based team now providing on-the-ground support, we're proud to bring our award-winning cloud-based school management system to Independent schools across Australia. This expansion enables us to offer enhanced support across multiple time zones, ensuring our schools have access to assistance whenever they need it.
This year has been marked by significant product launches and enhancements designed to streamline operations and empower schools with better tools and insights.
US Curriculum Support: In January, we introduced comprehensive US curriculum management capabilities to our platform, responding to the growing global demand for multi-curriculum options. With built-in Grade Point Average calculations and support for seven languages (with more in development), international schools can now seamlessly deliver flexible education pathways. This enhancement particularly supports our expansion in high-growth regions such as Asia and the Middle East, where demand for the US curriculum continues to rise.
iSAMS Auto Debits: In April, we launched our groundbreaking Auto Debits product, providing full Direct Debit capabilities from within the iSAMS system for the first time. This innovative solution enhances our Fee Billing module, offering fee-paying schools a comprehensive, secure and seamless payment collection experience.
International Payments: June saw us partner with a global leader in online payment technology, revolutionising online payments for schools worldwide. This integration provides schools with a secure, efficient, and user-friendly payment solution that adapts to the needs of modern education institutions.
Major iSAMS Central Enhancement: October brought one of our most significant product enhancements of the year with a major update to iSAMS Central. This powerful expansion unlocked comprehensive data insights across three critical areas:

Streamlined, Student-first Digital Experience - In December, we launched a newly redesigned, accessibility-first Student Cloud Portal, built as a cross-device progressive web app (PWA) with push notifications, new dashboard widgets, Homework Manager for creating and managing assignments, and Cloud Portal APIs for SSO-enabled integrations. Our new cloud portals - Admissions, Parent, and Student - now empower over 1.2 million unique visitors with seamless, secure access to essential information.
iFinance Enhancements: Since introducing iFinance in 2018, we've reached an impressive milestone with over 330 schools now utilising it for their financial planning needs. Throughout 2025, we've delivered significant updates including a clean, modern user interface for easier navigation, automated approval workflows for Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices to maximise budget management efficiency, and a comprehensive suite of new reports including Aged Debtors analysis. Throughout 2025, we've been privileged to connect with schools at events across the globe. Our annual User Group Roadshow brought together over 500 educators and administrators from multiple regions, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. We've attended conferences from Bangkok to Sydney, Manchester to Dubai, and we're looking forward to continuing these valuable face-to-face connections in 2026.
Beyond these headline achievements, 2025 has been a year of continuous improvement across our platform. Our engineering team of 40+ experienced developers actively maintains, updates, and enhances iSAMS' extensive codebase of more than 2 million lines.
Our commitment to data security remains paramount, with our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations ensuring your school's information stays protected. We've continued to enhance and expand our integration capabilities through the iSAMS Marketplace, and refine our modules based on feedback from our vibrant iCommunity user base through our Ideas Portal.
We've enhanced our Service Desk with AI Support Assist to deliver faster, smarter service to our global community. The results speak for themselves: 25% of issues resolved in under a minute, 56% within the hour, and 90% same-day resolution - keeping our schools productive and supported worldwide, no matter the timezone.
