Managing assessment data across GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes can be complex, particularly for schools delivering multiple curricula across different year groups. Schools need efficient ways to record attainment, monitor student progress, analyse performance trends and communicate outcomes with students, parents and staff.
With increasing expectations around data-driven decision making, curriculum oversight and stakeholder reporting, having a centralised system for managing assessment information has never been more important.
iSAMS provides a range of tools that help schools streamline assessment processes, track student achievement over time and gain deeper insight into academic performance. From Gradebooks and reporting to examinations management and analytics, these tools help schools make informed decisions and support every student's learning journey.
Our iTeacher App already offers teachers more than just taking the class register: teachers get access to all student profiles, timetables, cover availability, and can send important communications. With the iTeacher App schools then also have access to our iReport App. The iReport App empowers your teachers to write reports on the go from their mobile device or tablet. If they want to make additional notes or start a report from their mobile device, this will then be saved and appear in iSAMS for the next time they log in to the system via a desktop.
Key iReport features include:
Our Gradebooks module, was designed from the ground up to enable teachers to enter marks, grades and test results throughout the year. Gradebooks is now complemented by Curriculum Manager, which acts as the central hub for gradebook template configuration and academic data management. With Curriculum Manager, schools build gradebook templates once and a fully configured Gradebook is generated automatically for every class — eliminating the manual rebuild at the start of each academic year. For schools managing GPA and university transcripts, Curriculum Manager handles these directly from live gradebook data.
Key Gradebooks features include:
Our Tracking Manager module gives academic staff the ability to pull information such as grades, positions, results and test scores from other iSAMS modules, and then create models of performance data. This data can then be used to analyze the performance of individuals or groups of students over time, providing a particularly useful point of comparison for schools to measure the effects of the pandemic on student progress.
