We’d been successfully using iSAMS for five years and were looking for a system that would enable us to enhance and further streamline communication between RGS and our parents. Communicating with parents

Parents have responded extremely well to our new enhanced portal as they can now access all the information that they need via one username and password from their mobile, tablet or desktop device. All communication is displayed in the portal and emails stored in the ‘My Email’ section making it easy for parents to receive and retrieve information quickly. Consent for pupils to attend trips is now digitised, and the days of tear off reply strips are well and truly over. Staff are spending less time on unnecessary administrative tasks and more time on the value-added activity, saving money and providing parents with a better service.

My School Portal has unified communications with parents and they are now much better informed about what their children and the wider school community are doing.
